Please note: Alberta Soccer's season/age change happens for the Indoor Season. Meaning, 2024-25 refers to the 2024 Indoor Season and the 2025 Outdoor Season, 2025-26 refers to the 2025 Indoor Season and the 2026 Outdoor Season, and so forth.

This means players born in 2022 would not be eligible to play U5 until the 2025 Outdoor Season.
